How did you get into this line of work?
I began my career in the hospitality industry as a porter and later progressed into a supervisor role. Along the way, I naturally became the go-to person on the team for anything related to technology or computer systems. I found that I genuinely enjoyed solving technical problems and helping others feel more comfortable using software. That interest gradually grew into a clear career direction for me, leading me to transition into a role focused on software and digital systems.
What skills or experience do you bring that help you excel in your role?

For system-based problems, I escalate them to our development team with detailed documentation to ensure a smooth resolution. I follow structured workflows tailored to each type of issue, and I make sure every step is recorded so that escalations are clear and actionable.
If a client could know one thing about how you work, what would it be?
I’m committed to ensuring that every user feels confident and informed. I often revisit system functionalities with site users to reinforce best practices and meet client expectations. During training sessions, I adapt my energy and delivery to suit the audience, always aiming for a practical, hands-on experience that ensures everyone is aligned and empowered.
What’s something about you that might surprise people?
Despite working in a technical field, I didn’t grow up with a tech background. I only discovered technology at the age of 10, received my first mobile device at 16, and bought my first laptop at 21 using money earned from chores. Everything I know today has been self-taught through dedication and a strong desire to learn. I’m goal-driven and constantly set personal challenges to ensure I’m always growing, developing, or mastering something new. Many clients are surprised to learn this, especially during training sessions where I come across as someone with years of formal experience.
